We welcome accommodation requests at any time up to and during the event.
Some accommodation requests may include information to phone into the event instead of joining via Facebook live or large print digital documents for your printing purposes, among others.

Please know you are not required to disclose your disability (mobility, auditory, sight, sensory, etc.) or identity status (Disabled, Deaf, Autistic, Chronically Ill, Mentally Ill, Aging, etc.) to receive accommodations, but you are welcome to do so if you believe this information will influence the later discussion surrounding your access needs and/or accommodation requests.

We will then discuss your access needs together and identify the best plan moving forward to provide your accommodations.
