Although she always loved being in the kitchen cooking for her wonderful family and friends, Darlene also enjoyed her time in the military and her career in 911 services. That passion of cooking stayed with her and she continued to dream of the day she would open her own Café. When the time came, not only did the Café open, but she released her "Pasta Pocket!", along with other original and unique sauces and desserts. All of those years honing her craft are being put to the test. We hope you come and try them for yourself!

Ghetti's is a small town café with a little unique flair! We offer breakfast and lunch menu items. For breakfast, we have New York Bagels with many options of crème cheese. We also carry pastries and desserts for that sweet craving. For Lunch, grab an awesome "Pasta Pocket" or an exquisite pasta bowl! We build it the way you want, or just choose one off of the menu. Your choice!

Darlene makes all of the sauces from scratch with no fillers. You like that alfredo thick and creamy? We thicken ours with real cheese, not flour. We use fresh herbs and fresh, hand chopped veggies. It takes a lot of work to make our sauces, but we think you're worth the work!
