Learning and helping others learn are two of my favorite things. When I found out I could do that as a job, and actually design training courses, I knew what I wanted my career to be.

I chose adult learning because as a life long learner, I wanted to focus on the age in which we spend most of our lives learning. My brain never stops absorbing information and learning new things. I want other people to experience this same joy in a way that's relevant to them.

Adult learning is thrilling. I have to the tools and experience to break down complex concepts in a digestible way for adult learners. Watching a look of confusion turn to one of understanding after a learner completes a course I've built is an amazing experience to me.

The pages of this site are meant to be read in order, however I won't stop you from skipping around. Each part covers a different topic that it's important to me and provides details about my leadership philosophy.
