The conference has reserved room blocks at four nearby hotels, listed below. Reservations for all blocks must be made by March 12th.
UW Employees: please note that rates may be lower when booking (outside of the blocks) through Concur.

Lodging in Whitewater is limited. However, there are many options within a 30 minute drive, including, but not limited to: Fort Atkinson, Janesville, Delavan, and Elkhorn.

To register for parking, scan the QR code to the right or click here. Then follow the directions:
1. Select: Purchase UW-W Special Event Permits
2. Agree to Terms of Service
3. Select Event Type: CONFERENCE
4. Select Event: MMA – WISCONSIN CONFERENCE
5. Enter Voucher Code: WWMMA24
6. Select Permit Type: Event Dept Guest
7. Dates will automatically fill in
8. Click Add Vehicle
9. Enter license plate, make, model and color vehicle; Click ADD
10. Follow the remaining prompts to complete registration process
To ensure that you do not get a parking ticket:
Be sure to enter the license plate correctly.
Do not park in stalls with any type of signage.
Some other notes:
If you need to change the plate on the permit, call 262-472-1011 during business hours Mon-Fri 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.
The permit is also valid in commuter lots 1, 2, 4, 7, 9, 11, 12, 14, 18, 19, 24, Prince and Prairie Streets.
Traveling to UWW
Traveling to UWW
The easiest way to get to Whitewater is to follow your GPS directions. However, directions from nearby cities are below for your reference. All of them route to Starin Road, where Hyland Hall is located (this is where the majority of the conference sessions will take place).
From Chicago:
Take I-90 West to Exit 171A (Janesville/Milton exit).
Take Hwy 26N to Milton.
Exit onto Hwy 59 E (right) to Whitewater.
Turn left on Main St, right on Prairie St, and then left on Starin Road.
or, I-94 West to Hwy 50 W to Lake Geneva. Hwy 12 West to Whitewater.
or, Hwy 12 West to Hwy 59E/Business Hwy 12 to Whitewater
or, Hwy 14 West to Hwy 89 N; then left onto Main Street
From Janesville:
Hwy 26 N to Milton.
Exit onto Hwy 59 E (right) to Whitewater.
Turn left on Main Street, right on Prairie Street then left on Starin Road.
From Madison:
I-90 East to Exit 163 (Milton/Edgerton exit).
Hwy 59 East, then left onto County "N" to Whitewater.
After you cross Hwy 89S/12E, you will turn left at Indian Mound Parkway, then right on Main St.
At stoplight in front of McDonald's, turn left onto Tratt St, then right onto Starin Road.
From Milwaukee:
I-43 South.
At East Troy, take Hwy 20 W, then Hwy 12 W to Hwy 59E/Business Hwy 12 to Whitewater.
Continue on Main Street.
Turn right on Prairie St, then left on Starin Road.
