Preparing for Your Poster Presentations
A poster is a summary of your research or creative project. Posters should be visually engaging and academically sound. Your poster may include charts, tables, figures, footnotes, references, and other supporting information. This will help you determine what and how much content to include in your poster.

If your project was funded by the Office of Undergraduate Research (OUR), you MUST include the OUR Horizontal Logo on your poster.

The Symposium is a in-person experience so presenters and attendees can engage with attendees sharing their scholarly and creative work with their peers and network.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
This video will show you how to give the Institutional Repository (IR) permission to use you Symposium materials and share your name. Materials are due by April 27, 2023.
This video will show you how to submit your materials for the HIP showcase. Materials are due by April 6, 2023.

T-shirts and name badges are not available for pick up the week of and the day of the Symposium.
Monday, April 10: 9 am to 2 pm
Tuesday, April 11: 9 am to 5 pm
Wednesday, April 12: 9 am to 5 pm
Thursday, April 13: 9 am to 5 pm
Friday, April 14: 9 am to 2 pm
Presenters can stop by the OUR office (building 4, room 408) at the scheduled times above to pick up their Symposium t-shirt, name badge, and lanyard.
