Emerald Coast Makers is about creating a community of makers in an effort to collaborate, network and promote maker culture locally. In-person maker events will be held at the SEA Makerspace, Sea 3D Lab, Skylab Makerspace and other locations. Access to 3D printing equipment and other maker tools will be available for use at open lab events, allowing members access to tools that normally may not be available to them.

Emerald Coast Makers will also have an online presence via an organization webpage, Instagram, Facebook and Discord. The online platforms will be used for marketing of formal Emerald Coast Maker events, informal meetings, online discussions and general local maker community chat.
