I participate annually as a judge in the UW Math Olympiad, a mathematics competition for students in grades 6–10. The Olympiad gives students the opportunity to tackle fun and challenging mathematical problems and present their solutions orally to judges.
At IISER Pune, I was involved in Mimamsa, one of India's most popular undergraduate science competitions, where I served as the mathematics question-making coordinator in 2021–22. Mimamsa—a Sanskrit word meaning profound thought—is known for emphasizing conceptual understanding and creative problem-solving over routine calculations.
