INFORMATION SESSION:
Eligibility
Undergraduate Track (12 Teams, 3 advance to Finals)
There must be at least one UW Business student on each team.
Teams should consist of 4 undergraduate students from the Seattle, Tacoma, or Bothell University of Washington campuses.
Teams can have at most 2 non-business undergraduate students from any of the University of Washington campuses.
All student participants must be currently enrolled as UW undergraduate students for Fall Quarter.
Freshman Direct Track (4 Teams)
To compete in the Freshman Direct Track, at least one team member must be a Foster School Freshman Direct student. All team members must be currently enrolled Freshmen at the University of Washington.
There will be no final round for this track. During the Champions Announcement, the top scoring team from this track will be awarded its own Freshman Direct Track Grand Prize.
Masters Track (4 Teams)
To compete in the Masters Track, all team members must be a current Foster School of Business student. Teams can include graduate students from any Foster School programs.
There will be no final round for this track. During the Finals Announcement, the top scoring team from this track will be awarded its own Masters Track Grand Prize.
Northwest Regional Track (4 Teams)
To compete in the NWR track, each team member must be a business student at a community college in the area.
There will be no final round for this track. During the Champions Announcement, the top scoring team from this track will be awarded its own NWR Track Grand Prize.
Teams may substitute members until the Kickoff on Nov 1. After this date, teams can no longer substitute team members, but may still present with only two or three team members.
Space is limited. If your team does not receive a confirmed spot, your team will be added to a waitlist. Teams on the waitlist will be selected to participate in the case a team withdraws from the competition.
The rounds for all tracks will take place on Saturday, November 4th. Winning teams for all tracks will be announced after the final round.
Interested in Volunteering?
This is a great experience to get volunteer hours, and be able to observe a case competition and rounds. Volunteer shifts will be on Saturday, November 4th for 2-4 hours. Training will take place on Thursday, November 2.
