Optimistic Scenario: a combination of two levers: “30% of commuters working from home” and “NO transit riders switching to SOV”.

Explanation:

• % of commuters working from home: the percentage of pre-Covid commuters who choose to work from home (i.e., telecommuting) during the post-Covid period​

• % of transit riders switching to SOV: the percentage of pre-Covid transit riders who choose to switch to SOV during the post-Covid period; this is for all types of trips (modes), including commuting trips
