2018:
Postdoc researcher Kurt Kung founded Project Indoor Farm (IF) for his research on micro-bubbling. Not only did her fund the project through his research grant, but he also advanced hydroponics research at UW.
Post-COVID:
The farm was restarted as an undergraduate-led RSO. What began as a research project turned into a student-led community. Since then, our club has advanced in participation and impact. Through projects, Project Indoor Farm has a holistic impact through its engineering, sustainability, and leadership.
