I am a third year PhD student in Statistics at the University of Washington, where I am lucky to be advised by Professor Fang Han. I am broadly interested in mathematical statistics and machine learning.
My current research lies at the intersection of classical statistics and modern machine learning: examining how statistical theory can rigorously quantify the uncertainty of AI agents’ responses or machine learning outputs, and, conversely, how AI methods can in turn strengthen classical statistical procedures for analyzing complex, high-dimensional data such as natural language and images.
