This project is funded by FAER and aims to improve patient safety and medical record fidelity. It is a collaboration between the Departments of Anesthesiology and the UW Mobile Systems Lab.

Utilizing machine learning and computer vision we aim to detect the presence of syringes, identify their contents and report back to the clinician and the medical record.
