I was born and raised in Edina, Minnesota and moved to Ann Arbor, Michigan in 2018 to attend the University of Michigan. While there, I studied math, Spanish, and computer science and held various jobs on campus including being a docent at the University of Michigan Museum of Natural History. During the summers, I participated in many research projects including a virtual REU at Kent State University and the Duluth Summer Mathematics Program for Undergraduates at the University of Minnesota Duluth.
After graduating from Michigan in 2022, I moved to Seattle, Washington to pursue my PhD in Mathematics at the University of Washington. I received my MS in 2024 and expect to graduate with my PhD in 2027. I am the President of the Association for Women in Math-Student Chapter at UW and have participated multiple times as a mentor for the Washington Directed Reading Program.
As of Fall 2025, I am an Associate Faculty of Computer Science at Edmonds College in Lynnwood, WA. To learn more about what I'm teaching, see the Teaching tab.
In my free time, I love hiking, playing board and card games, and trying new recipes.
