Research Interests: My research interests currently lie in how status and power influence our workplace behavior. Each of us carries different dimensions of status (i.e. minority status, workplace status) in our lives. Does having high status in one setting affect how you react to having low status in another? How do the rank-gaining strategies of dominance and prestige tie into the theory behind status and power? These are some of the questions I'm currently investigating.

Coming From: I was born and raised in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. I attended Florida State University from 2019-2023, receiving my bachelor's degree in psychology and working as a lab manager in the Psychology department for a year before being accepted into Foster's PhD program.
