Build a boutique consulting practice specialized in building and scaling corporate mentorship and apprenticeship programs. Post-MBA: I hope to advance the body of knowledge by exploring a potential Ph.D. pathway at the intersection of systems engineering and organizational development so that I can ensure that knowledge is coded to integrate directly into corporate ecosystems.
With the disruption of AI on entry-level jobs, I believe there will be a greater demand for mentorship and apprenticeship programs in the near future, and I want to be at the forefront of equipping companies with the business strategy, product infrastructure, and data insights to train and sustain their talent pipelines.
To launch a scalable, systems-driven business to mitigate the disruptive impacts of AI on talent pipelines.
To embrace every opportunity to create, share knowledge, and to scale impact.
In 2024, I was selected as a member of the inaugural cohort for the Product Management Leadership Accelerator at the University of Washington. As a student, I saw firsthand the rigor and impact that the Foster School could have on my career. From that moment on, I was all in on Foster.
When the opportunity presented itself, I jumped to pursue my Executive MBA so that I could continue to elevate my career as part of the Class of 2027. It was important to me that my education be additive. To step away from my #dreamjob at EY, a fulfilling, high-growth and innovative career, would not feel right. Thanks to the structure of the Foster Executive MBA, I was able to have it all - and more.
