Hotel and meals during the symposium will be provided by the symposium organizers. When registering for the symposium, please remember to select which nights you will be staying at the venue. Note: Hotel and meals are included for Wednesday and Thursday nights.
Limited travel scholarships are available for flights to Mombasa and priority will be given to those with accepted abstracts.
Shuttles will be provided from the airport in Mombasa to the conference venue at the times listed below:
- Wednesday January 17th
11.00AM - Shuttle from Moi Airport straight to Mnarani Kilifi (All those not going for tour of lab and clinic).
11.00AM - Shuttle from Moi Airport to the Laboratory at CGH, then to Ganjoni Clinic. After lunch, the same vehicle with the people it came with will leave at 2.00PM to Mnarani Kilifi
2.00PM - Shuttle from Ganjoni Clinic with any invited guest remaining from Ganjoni Clinic, Mombasa County, symposium scholars, Women's Health Project, and those who arrived late and missed the earlier shuttle to Kilifi.
- Thursday January 18th
7.30AM - Shuttle from Moi Airport, pass via Ganjoni Clinic at 8.00am to pick any day attendees, and head to Mnarani Kilifi.
5.00PM - Shuttle from Mnarani Kilifi, pass via town to drop anyone, and head to Moi Airport.
- Friday January 19th
1.00PM - Shuttle from Ganjoni Clinic to Mnarani Kilifi
5.00PM - Shuttle from Mnarani Kilifi, pass via town to drop anyone and head to Moi Airport
