Schedule & Location

The conference will take place at the Psychology Department of the University of Warsaw located at Stefana Banacha 2D, 02-097 Warszawa, Poland in room 3.15. The conference dinner will be held on Tuesday at 7pm at InFormal Kitchen, Pl. Stanisława Małachowskiego 2, 00-066 Warszawa. The hotel for the conference is the Novotel Warszawa Airport, 1 Sierpnia 1, 02-134 Warszawa. The hotel is a 17 minute bus ride from the Psychology Department via the 188, 175, or 504. Bus tickets can be purchased on the bus from a machine with card on all buses and trams in Warsaw. For getting around Warsaw, google maps is also quite reliable. From the Psychology Department it is also quite simple to get to the downtown (Palace of Culture and Science) or the Old Town by either bus or tram. Taxis and other rideshare companies are also relatively affordable in the city for returning to the hotel in the evenings.

Lunch will not be catered, however there are multiple campus canteens at each of the faculty buildings as well as some restaurants nearby including Jeff's (American, 7 min walk), Kuchnia Za Ścianą (Polish, 10 min walk), Aceto Balsamico (Italian, 10 min walk), Curry House (Indian, 10 min walk). As well as some slightly further away, Shuk (vegetarian Mediterranean, 20 min walk), Bistro Ochota (Polish, 20 min walk), Sato Gotuje (Japanese, closed on Monday, 20 min walk).
