Adiunkt badawczy w Ośrodku Badań nad Migracjami Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego (OBM UW). Absolwentka Kolegium Międzywydziałowych Indywidualnych Studiów Matematyczno-Przyrodniczych UW, w ramach którego studiowała geografię, matematykę i psychologię oraz Międzywydziałowych Interdyscyplinarnych Studiów Doktoranckich w Instytucie Studiów Społecznych UW.
Jej zainteresowania badawcze obejmują determinanty postaw wobec migracji i migrantów, stosunki międzyetniczne i migracje w Rosji, intencje i decyzje migracyjne, stosunki państwo-społeczeństwo, a także metodologię nauk społecznych.
