Before Presentation DAY

Before you are allowed to present, please make sure that you have:

1. Filled in Approval Form to Present Final Year Project (Borang Kebenaran Membentang Projek Sarjana Muda).

2. Prepare and submit a minimum of 6-page technical paper (maximum 10 pages) to all panels (usually 3 panels) atleast 3 days before your presentation day. The way you submit the technical paper is depend on panel's preferable either softcopy or hardcopy version and because of this, you must contact your panels as well. The technical paper must be in English even if your thesis is in Bahasa.

Please wear proper FORMAL attire for this presentation. No non-collar shirt !

Show your verified log book via e-Portfolio.

The presentation must be conducted in English regardless if your thesis is in Bahasa. Present using the help of Microsoft Powerpoint.

Time allocated for each student is 15 minutes.

• • Presentation  : 10 min (8th min, the bell ring once. 10th min the bell ring twice-time is up)

  • Q&A                  : 5 minutes
