Why is succession plan important?

Succession planning is the identification of job vacancies that can be expected to occur through retirement or attrition and the strategic consideration of where and how internal candidates might fill those vacancies. It involves assessing job requirements and skills of existing employees and then seeking to fill the gaps between needs and skills with targeted training and development activities.

Perlu masukkan maklumat berikut:

1. Maklumat Umur - ada formula dalam template. pastikan tarikh pada laptop/komputer tarikh betul.

2. Kohort Umur - Rujuk format statistik staf akademik yang dihantar bersama permohonan pelantikan/kenaikan pangkat staf.

3. No staff

Data ini PP PTJ & UTMLead perlu pantau dan mohon dikemaskini dari semasa ke semasa oleh PIC Fakulti/Sekolah jika ada keperluan.
