Course Registration (Amendment) - Insert and Delete Courses
- Will start on 18 October 2020 and end on 22 October 2020.
- Make sure your total credit registered after amendment is not greater than 18 credit hours.
- Download the Course Registration (Amendment) form from Academic Management Division (AMD), than fill in the form and email to your Academic Advisor for approval.
- After your Academic Advisor emails back to you, please upload the form to the google form below.
