Language: All abstract must be written in English..
Structure: Your abstract must clearly state the following:
Research Objective/Problem Statement
Methodology
Key Findings/Expected Outcomes
Significance of the Study
Keywords: Include 3 to 5 keywords at the bottom of the paper.
Word Limit : is 100 words for abstract submission
2. Formatting Specifications
File Format: PDF or Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx).
Font: Title (Arial, Size 10), Content (Times New Roman , Size 9) .
Line Spacing: 1.5 spacing.
Margins: Standard (1 inch / 2.54 cm) on all sides.
3. File Naming Convention
To help our secretariat process your file, please name your document using the following format: [Sub-Theme Code]_[Student Name]_[University]
Example: ST1_AhmadRazak_UTM.pdf
Codes:

Important: Please ensure your paper complies with the following guidelines before uploading. Submissions that do not follow the format may be returned for correction.

Presentation Slide Preparation and Submission:
Each presenter will be allocated 10 minutes for the presentation and 10 minutes for the Q&A session.
Presenters are required to manage the length of their presentation according to the allocated time and prepare their slides accordingly.
No specific template is required. Presenters may design their slides based on their own creativity.
Please ensure that the submitted slides are the final version. Any unnecessary changes or modifications after submission should be avoided, as the organizing team will use the submitted version for the presentation session.
Please submit the presentation slides by 1 May 2026 via the submission link provided below.
All presentation slide files must be named using the following format:
