1. Make sure your Google Drive Link Folder is made in your UTM GMail account. not in your personal account. Rename to: ‘Your Name’ FYP1

2. Please set sharing setting to 'anyone can view’

3. Rename your files accordingly, so the examiner knows which file is which.

4. Your Google Drive Folder should contain:

i) Presentation Video (5-10mins)

ii) Presentation Slides (.ppt Format only)

iii) Proposal Thesis (.pdf Format only)

iv) Turnitin report (1st page, .pdf Format only)

5. This form will auto-email to the examiners (1min), please WhatsApp your Examiner that you have mailed the Google Drive Link and share it with them again in WhatsApp.

6. Invite your Examiners in Google Calendar (according to the schedule) with a meeting link

7. Record the meeting during the Q&A session
