Registration is mandatory for all conference participants. Personal badges will be provided during registration desk hours to identify registered participants. 

• You may substitute participants at any time by providing reasonable advance notice to AIR 2023 Committee 

• Written requests received at least fourteen (14) working days prior to the commencement of the conference will be fully honored and all registration fee will be refunded, minus 10% administration fee

• No refunds will be given for requests received within seven (7) working days prior to the commencement of the conference or for a registered participant who does not attend the conference
