FYP1 Submission

New Rule: The FYP1 Supervisor reserves the right to prohibit students from participating in the FYP1 Seminar. Students are required to retake FYP1 before being allowed to join the seminar.

FYP1 PROPOSAL DEFENSE BRIEFING

Deadline: 15th June 2024 (Sat), 11:59:59 PM

Please log in to UTM Mail to submit your FYP Proposal Thesis via Gform:

Deadline: 04th July 2024 (Thr), 11:59:59 PM

Instruction:

1. All submissions must use UTM GMAIL ONLY! Make sure your Google Drive Link Folder is made in your UTM GMail account. Not in your personal account. Rename to: ‘Your Name’ FYP1

2. Please set sharing setting to 'anyone can view’

3. Rename your files, so the examiner knows which file is which.

4. Your Google Drive Folder should contain the following:

    i) Presentation Slides Only (.pdf Format only) - 15th June 2024

  ii) Proposal Thesis (.pdf Format only) - 04th July 2024

  iII) Turnitin report (1st page, .pdf Format only)  - 04th July 2024

5. This form will auto-email to the examiners (1min). Please WhatsApp both examiners that you have mailed the Google Drive Link and share it with them again in WhatsApp. Please consult with them if they are OK with the schedule and venue for your Q&A session. In a special condition, if one of the examiners cannot make it to the session, please reschedule with them, OR the session can be held separately with the agreement of the examiner.

6. Invite your Examiners to Google Calendar (according to the schedule)

7. Voice record or take notes of your meeting during the Q&A session
