What is the starting Salary?
The program maintains salaries competitive with other Residency programs with similar cost of living. Due to the nature of the PICU fellowship, we have also secured an additional $10,000 annually to the PGY levels listed.

How much paid leave time is available?
21 days of vacation per year
12 sick days per year
7 days of education leave per year
3 days of bereavement per year
How much maternity/paternity leave is available?
Under the Family Medical Leave Act you may take up to 3 months off (extra can be given if approved by our department).
Only vacation and sick days are paid.
Sick leave accumulates at 12 working days per contract year with a rollover cap of 30 working days – sick leave accrues 1 day per month.
