Postdoctoral Researcher | Organizational Communication Analyst

Behavioral researcher specializing in human-technology interaction and organizational communication. With eight years of research experience, I investigate how people collaborate with emerging technologies and each other to accomplish creative work. My expertise in qualitative methods spans in-depth interviews, ethnographic observation, and focus groups, allowing me to uncover rich insights about human behavior and technology adoption.

Currently leading research on human-AI interaction at Good Systems, where I conduct studies to improve AI system design and collaboration. My research has been published in top-tier journals including Communication Monographs and Management Communication Quarterly, bridging theoretical frameworks with practical applications.
