Kyle will soon graduate from high school and go to UCLA with his girlfriend Kimberley. But on the night of their graduation party something happens that will turn their world around completely. Kyle and Kim have an argument and drives away in his car into a thunderstorm. Minutes later they're in a car accident. Kyle wakes up in the hospital and has got a brain injury. Kim is dead. Now Kyle has to try to live without Kim. When he meets Marley, he starts to find himself again. Maybe it's possible to find a new and better life even if it felt impossible just months ago?

They spend their summers on a private island but the fifteenth summer something happens that gives Cady a terrible, chronic headache and amnesia. She doesn’t remember the fifteenth summer at all and nobody wants to tell her what happened. She has to remember by herself. The book has a quite unexpected ending.

Henry doesn’t mention the letter and its contents afterwards and Rachel is both disappointed and angry. When Rachel comes back over summer they have to meet face to face and Henry doesn’t understand why she’s so angry with him.

She has to leave her boyfriend David, her most precious belongings and her life outside. But Layla doesn't want to just sit quiet and wait. She wants to do something. She has to raise her voice, she has to get out of the camp as soon as possible. Layla meets Ayesha and Soheil inside the camp and they decide to make a difference, every revolution has to start somewhere.
