I’m thrilled to be part of your educational journey this year! I’m an energetic and experienced high school math teacher who has worn many hats throughout my educational and professional career.

Before I became a teacher, I started off in media production in beautiful Hawaii, specializing in filmmaking, editing, and broadcasting. I had the privilege of working on a variety of exciting projects, collaborating with local universities, independent film companies, commercial advertisers, and even participating in large-scale broadcasts—most notably, the Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) finals in Hawaii.

Eventually, I pursued a true passion of mine: teaching. Over the years, I’ve taught a wide range of courses, including Mathematics, French, Aviation, Statistics, Personal Finance, and Media Production. If it isn’t obvious by now, I love challenging the next generation to discover and pursue their passions while helping them unlock what drives them to succeed.

On a personal note, I’m happily married and a proud father of two amazing little boys.

My teaching philosophy centers on excellent communication. I firmly believe that students who ask questions, seek help when needed, and engage with honesty and openness are the ones who thrive. I’m excited to help you do just that—and I look forward to having you in my class!
