About Me

Hello! I'm Mrs. Powers. I'm so glad you're here.

Maren Powers has over a decade of experience in education. She earned her bachelor's from Utah Tech and her master's from Southern Utah University. Maren has been an English teacher, instructional coach, and high school soccer coach. She now trains educators nationwide in curriculum design and PLCs and has co-authored an educational textbook. Originally from Southern California, she moved to Southern Utah as a teenager. Maren and her husband, Darren, love traveling with their two sons. She especially enjoys watching sports, trying new restaurants, and listening to all kinds of music.
