Check this First!

**Watch this VIDEO and follow all the steps to enter the password and start your test**

Be sure you are on a personal laptop or desktop computer not an iPad, your phone, or your school issued laptop

Be sure you are using Google Chrome

Try logging in with a personal Gmail account OR your utahonline.org Gmail account

If you are unable to enable Honorlock, check to see if you have any other proctoring services enabled and un-enable them

Go to the Honorlock 1.3 Page ->
Select the Test you are wanting to take
Honorlock will then take you through the steps and enter the password for you. See images below

Troubleshooting ideas:

Go to the Honorlock Support Page and search the exact issue you are having and follow the directions they are providing.

As a very last resort if none of these are working, am going to refer you to the USBE Help Desk. You can call 801-538-7800 or email: AppHelpDesk@schools.utah.gov. This is also who your PARENTS can contact when you cannot access your course due to boundary school WiFi issues or school-issued devices not allowing access to our courses.
