Exploring guitar goes FAR beyond this course, and there are many free resources you can use to both polish and advance your skills. Here are a few of my favorites! (I will update as I discover more!)
Ultimate guitar is a catalog of both chords and tabs from thousands of your favorite songs. While some music and other features needs a membership to access, PLENTY of the music is free to use. I have used Ultimate Guitar for over 15 years and have never struggled to find the music I am looking for.
Blues style guitar is a great skill to have in your repertoire! It allows you to explore composition and improvisation. I love having chords or cheat sheets easily accessible so I can use them for reference. Feel free to read through, download, or print out this cheat sheet!
Something I'm sure you're already familiar with! Youtube provides an abundance of tutorials, play alongs, and elaborations on different techniques and concepts. Remember to browse Youtube safely when searching for your desired resources 🙂
If you are wanting to purchase additional resources...
You can always check out your local music store and see what they have to offer! They usually have sheet music, accessories, supplies, and someone willing to help out or demonstrate!
