Ashley grew up in St. George, Utah. She graduated from Desert Hills High School in 2017 where she played basketball and soccer. She went on to play collegiate basketball at Brigham Young University, Utah Tech University, and Westminster University and earned her Bachelor's Degree in Exercise and Wellness. After college, she went on to be a Personal Trainer and Basketball Skills Development Coach at Reach Higher Athletics for two years.

She married the love of her life and has one son. Beyond work, she loves being active and does activities like weight training, running, basketball, and hiking.
