HR Sent what??
" While running a recruitment for an open position, I decided to use AI to create a spreadsheet of my applicants, listing their contact info and qualifications. I uploaded the documents and Gemini generated the requested list. However, I noticed there was a name missing. When I compared my list to the candidates, I noticed something strange. There were names on my list that were not in the original recruitment. Gemini had made up candidates — including degrees and contact info to include on my list!"

"I had not used AI before to help create slides until I was asked to give a leadership presentation on the topic of honey bees. It was going alright, until it generated a bee with two heads. I also got a headless queen bee with two abdomens...the abdomens were connected where the head should be. It was creepy!!"

My Demanding To-Do List
"I was using Notebook LM to review a new bill. I asked it create me a to-do list based on the expectations the bill had placed on the department so we could create action items to work on compliance. The result was a really great list, complete with due dates and plan of action. However... because my prompt was 'create a to-do' list, instead of 'list all of the requirements necessary to comply,' Notebook LM invented the due dates and made up action items for me to work on that were not listed in the bill."
