The tools inventory was developed to assemble a library of Knowledge Management (KM) and Human Resources (HR) tools and templates that transportation agencies can easily adopt or adapt.

The inventory supports the further advancement of KM and Workforce Management in transportation by providing examples of successful leading practices.  The contributing organizations have voluntarily shared their tools and templates. You are invited and encouraged to share your organization’s leading practices, tools, and templates.
