David J Stark is the Chief, Supply Chain Contracting Division, Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC) Operating Location, Hill Air Force Base. He serves as the Chief of the Contracting Office and expert business advisor for all 748 th Supply Chain Management Group acquisitions. He supports the Commander and Deputy Director, 748th SCMG and all Squadron Commanders and Directors supporting the Supply Chain mission for ICBM, Aircraft, Space and C3I, Landing Gear, and Power Systems. He further champions analysis and process improvement initiatives for the AFSC enterprise to enhance mission support.
Mr. Stark was born in Austin, Texas. He began his government career with the Air Force in 2001 within the Student Career Experience Program. Mr. Stark has served in several key contracting positions at Hill Air Force Base, most recently serving as the Technical Director for the Contracting Directorate.
