The National Center for Disaster Medicine and Public Health (NCDMPH) is a component of the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS) and was delegated execution of the NDMS Pilot by ASD(HA) in 2020. NCDMPH conducted the initial Military-Civilian NDMS Interoperability Study and continues to support the Pilot through evaluation and analysis, operational planning, stakeholder engagement, and strategic initiatives to include Integrated CONUS (Continental United States) Medical Operations Plan (ICMOP) support and integration.
Deloitte joined the NDMS Pilot team in 2021, providing direct support to the sites' federal coordinating centers. In their first year on the team, they partnered with over 200 local stakeholders to develop site-specific implementation plans and conducted five local military-civilian NDMS exercises with 240 participants. Additionally, they created an NDMS definitive care capacity model, crafted a COVID-19 innovations study, and Federal legislation landscape analysis.
