•  How will I know if I registered for this event?

Completing the registration survey will solidify your registration. In addition to that, you will receive a confirmation email.

• I registered for in-person attendance, when will I know if I’ve secured an in-person reservation?

Attendees will be notified about the status of their in-person reservation 30 days prior to the event.

• I’m a virtual attendee, what video conferencing platform will be used for this event?

Microsoft Teams will be used for each event date.

• I’m a virtual attendee, when will I receive a Microsoft Teams video conferencing link?

A Microsoft Teams video conferencing link will be email to all virtual attendees 30 days prior to the event.

• Is there an agenda for the symposium?

Agendas will be uploaded to the event site as soon as they’re available.

• What time will the event start and end?

The symposium is expected to start at 8:30 AM EST, for each event date, and run into the late afternoon (3:30-4:00 PM EST).        Exact times will be provided when the agendas are posted to the site.

• How will I be notified about any major changes concerning this event?

For any critical announcements, attendees will be notified by email.
