Main Draw Credential Pick-up: Saturday, September 5th at the Hilton Midtown (8am - 6pm)

**All credentialed players will receive a 30% discount off all US Open Collection merchandise purchased at the US Open Collection stores located on the exterior of Louis Armstrong Stadium and under the Emirates Sports Cafe. Players will need to present their credential and pay for the items purchased in order to receive the discount.

Official tournament hotel: New York Hilton Midtown Hotel (1335 6th Ave, New York, New York, 10019, USA)

• Hotel Reservation Link - Deadline to book is Monday, August 6th

• Main Draw players will receive 1 complimentary hotel room at the Hilton Midtown Hotel beginning on Saturday, September 5th through the night of their elimination from the tournament. For Qualifying players who advance to main draw, their complimentary room will begin on Friday, September 4th through the night of elimination from the tournament.

NOTE FOR THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 10th: The US Open Grounds are open to the public for free. Grounds Pass tickets are not required for entry to the grounds to watch matches. The Grounds Pass request form will NOT be opened for players with matches on September 10th.

Junior Main Draw Players may request a grounds pass for a guest each day that they are on the schedule using THIS REQUEST FORM. When the Order of Play is released, players may submit a request for the pass. All requests must be received by 9:00 AM. 

After 9:00 AM, the request link will be closed. The requested tickets are mobile tickets and will be provided via email through Ticketmaster. Please note that there are a limited number of ground passes available each day.

• Once the qualifying event has begun, only those players who ultimately qualify and “lucky losers” may be accepted into the main draw.

• Lucky losers are players who have lost in the final round of the qualifying competition or, if additional lucky losers are required, those players who have lost in the previous qualifying round.

• Lucky losers from the qualifying draw are considered the only eligible alternates for the main draw. Sign-in location for these players each day of first round match play will be provided shortly. 

• Wednesday, September 2 at Cary Leeds Tennis Center. Qualifying players may practice here from 10:00am - 5:00pm. Main Draw players may practice as well but priority must be given to qualifying players who have matches on Thursday, August 28 (Main Draw players and their coaches must collect a practice pass from the Junior office at the Hilton Midtown Hotel in order to be allowed on transportation and practice courts at Cary Leeds). 

• Thursday, September 3 - Friday, September 4: Qualifying juniors will be able to reserve warm-up courts at Cary Leeds. Main draw players must wait until qualifying matches have been completed before practicing at Cary Leeds (Main Draw players and their coaches must collect a practice pass from the Junior office at the Hilton Midtown Hotel in order to be allowed on transportation and practice courts at Cary Leeds).

• Saturday, September 5: Practice courts will be available beginning at 10:00am on site at Billie Jean King National Tennis Center for Main Draw Junior players. Main Draw Junior players must register and pick up credentials prior to accessing the facility.

• Practice Court Information: Practice courts are available to Main Draw and Qualifying players at Cary Leeds Tennis Center on Wednesday, September 2 from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm. Players wishing to practice before Wednesday must contact the Cary Leeds Tennis Center to make court reservations. On Thursday, September 3 (the first day of qualifying competition), Qualifying players have priority for practice courts and they can reserve practice courts after the Order of Play is released by texting or Whatsapp (# to be confirmed soon) . Main Draw players may only practice at Cary Leeds after all the Qualifying matches are on court. Main Draw players may practice at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center starting Saturday, September 5.
