There are two possible scenarios that may lead to this error message.

(1) You may have just recently registered - the whitelisting system connected to your UST GSuite form response updates every 5 minutes. Rest assured that within 5 minutes, provided that your name is correct, you will be registered and permitted for entry in the server.

(2) You wrote the wrong name on the "Username" portion of the registration form. Note that the username is Case Sensitive and that there must be no spaces, and the characters may not be less than 3 nor more than 16. I can't register inside the server, it asks me to write a password and a captcha - but it says that my captcha is wrong even though its correct.
