What are Individual and Dual Sports?

Athletes have different preferences when it comes to the composition of their sport. Individual sports require only one person to represent on a particular sport event while dual sports promote the virtue of working together. Individual sports are played by one person against a number of solo players. Dual sports require two people to perform simultaneously complex motions pointed toward a common goal. Some athletes prefer individual sports for they want to be solely responsible of the outcome, while other athletes want to work together as a team. There are athletes that know how to cooperate better than others. There are also athletes that perform better alone. Individual and dual sports will help aspiring athletes to choose the right sport that will best fit their existing fitness and skills.
