The University of Santo Tomas' Bachelor of Arts in Legal Management (LM) is an interdisciplinary program that integrates legal studies with core business and management principles. This program is designed to equip graduates with a thorough understanding of both fields, preparing them to become effective leaders and managers in the dynamic global business environment of the 21st century.
The program offers a comprehensive curriculum in the study of law with core business management principles. The curriculum allocates 70% of the coursework to legal subjects, ensuring students gain a thorough understanding of foundational legal concepts. The remaining 30% focuses on business management, equipping graduates with essential skills in areas such as marketing, finance, and operations. This combination of legal and business knowledge equips graduates with a set of skills to address challenges in various professional environments.

The Legal Management program is under the Department of Interdisciplinary Studies of the Faculty of Arts and Letters. Currently, Atty. Teodoro Lorenzo A. Fernandez, Ll. M. is the program coordinator of Legal Management, with Assoc. Prof. Alain Jomarie G. Santos, PhD as his predecessor. The department boasts competent and experienced attorney-professors and management professionals.
Offering scholarships is a proactive approach to addressing financial barriers and encouraging enrollment in legal management programs, especially for individuals impacted by the pandemic.
