LaSariwa is a farm restaurant established by a group of young entrepreneurs to provide healthy local meals in a refreshing environment. It is mainly a food and beverage establishment that is strategically located in Plaridel, Bulacan where tourists can enjoy refreshing ambiance because of the vast farmlands while being near several establishments like resorts, transportation terminals, and other tourist attractions, and the development site of the future business hub and airport.
The name LaSariwa was derived from “lasang sariwa” which means “tastes fresh.” In connection to this, the idea of this farm restaurant is to provide farm-to-table Filipino cuisines and support the local community as we also promote the agriculture industry. In LaSariwa, we use homegrown and organic ingredients which are planted and harvested by our local farmers, prepared by our local chefs, and served by our trained local staff. With this concept, LaSariwa will be able to provide employment opportunities to the local community by hiring and training them to provide quality service.
In this modern technology era, we also have to keep up with the trends. With this, LaSariwa will be partnering with different food courier companies to cater to more customers by providing these healthy and fresh Filipino dishes in the comfort of their home. We will also be transitioning to a cashless payment system. In addition to these technological advancements, we will also be establishing a website and application for the online market, which enables our customers to order fresh groceries and have it delivered in their homes.
By 2030, we envision to make our country acknowledged as one of the global leading providers of regional cuisine that always uses the utmost quality of fresh and healthy ingredients that are collected from our local farmers. With the help of the local producers of our resources, we ensure to bring the one of a kind experience to the table that will surely be remembered.
