The Department of Neuroscience and Behavioral Medicine of the Royal and Pontifical University of Santo Tomas is composed of dedicated professionals committed to carrying out the mission of the University in the education and formation of moral, compassionate, responsible, and competent primary and specialty care physicians in the fields of Neurology and Psychiatry, adhering to the highest standards of health care delivery and scientific research in the interest of Philippine society and the international community.
