In addition to attending the WorkTox lectures, why not take the opportunity to present a poster about the work you developed during the course and also learn a bit more about your colleagues' fields of work?

The best abstracts will be selected for oral presentation rather than a poster!

All PPG TOX students must submit and present their abstracts at WorkTox, as abstract submission is one of the program's mandatory annual activities. Given the justified impossibility of submitting the abstract and/or attending the event, please contact the program office (ppg.toxrp@usp.br) to receive more information about submitting the Annual Activity Monitoring Report .

Title:

Limit: 200 characters (including spaces)

The title should be typed in lowercase letters, using uppercase letters only at the beginning of a sentence or for acronyms and proper nouns

Authors:

Include the full name of each author, in order of participation, followed by the number in parentheses referring to their institution.

Ex:

- João Silva (1,2)

- Maria Santos (2)

Affiliations:

Include the number and name of the institutions with which the authors are affiliated.

Ex:

(1) Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences of Ribeirão Preto, University of São Paulo (FCFRP-USP).

Abstract:

Limit: 3000 characters (including spaces)

Must include the following information: Introduction / Objectives / Methods / Expected OR Partial OR Final Results / Conclusion (only for works with results).

The text should be typed in lowercase letters, using uppercase letters only at the beginning of sentences or for acronyms and proper nouns (do not type in ALL CAPS).

Figures:

If you are interested in including images and/or tables (limit of 3 figures in total), combine them into a single PDF and attach it to the form.

Abstracts for poster presentation must be prepared in printed format, vertically, measuring 90 cm in width by 110 cm in height. The poster must be printed on paper, fabric, vinyl, or similar materials, provided that the legibility of the information and the quality of the images are maintained.

The text could be written in Portuguese, English, or Spanish, as well as the presentation.

WorkTox is eco-friendly: it is acceptable to reuse a poster that was presented at another event.

A Powerpoint/Canva template will be provided soon. The logos to be used are attached here.

All selected and duly presented abstracts will receive a 'Certificate of Presentation', and those that stand out will also be rewarded with 'Best Presentation' certificates.
