I am an undergraduate student at the Institute of Physics, University of São Paulo and a young researcher in mathematical physics at Rodrigo Bissacot's group. My interests ranges from rigorous statistical mechanics to quantum information. Currently, I am working on the Toric Code Model, a self-correcting quantum code which can be studied upon the natural canvas of statistical mechanics. Nevertheless, trying to understands its correlations inequalities clears out the relation it has with other lattice models, such as the Ising and the 8-vertex. My research is sported by FAPESP through the process 2023/18381-2.
