In The TSP Communes, the objective is to find the shortest path that visits all 1503 moroccan communes and returns to the start.

The 1503 communes are represented by the longitude and latitude of their centroids.

3️⃣ Complete it verifying:

3️⃣-1️⃣ Visiting orders must be integers. Ensure all values are whole numbers. 

3️⃣-2️⃣ Each visiting order must be unique. Make sure there are no duplicates. 

3️⃣-3️⃣ All visiting orders must be present. Check that none are missing 

3️⃣-4️⃣ Visiting orders must be within the range of 1 to 1503. Verify that all values fall within this range.
