4. Eat Healthy- Food has a serious impact on your well-being. Eating a variety of healthy food will keep you in shape- physically and mentally. Moreover, if you are feeling good, then you are less likely to go back to drugs to step up your mood.
5. Talk it out- one way to help you recover is by simply finding someone you can trust to share your thoughts. Find someone who understands your experience and cam help you through your difficult times. Seeking for professional help will also help you gain a faster recovery.
