Hello. My name is Ms. Holland, and I teach ESOL classes at Lawrence High School. Before I taught ESOL, I taught English classes for 8 years at Lawrence High School. I have BLA from the University of Missouri, BA from Washburn University and I am currently work towards a MA in ESOL Instruction from Kansas State University. I have lived all over the United States as an adult, but I grew up in the state of Indiana. I have a daughter who was born in 2006 and a step daughter who was born in 1997. I live on a lake north of Lawrence, so I enjoy kayaking and swimming. I also spend my time gardening, reading and doing crossword puzzles. Please email or call/text anytime if you have questions or comments. I am very lucky to have your children as my students, and I will do my very best to help them grow and learn.
It takes a team to be successful. I am fortunate to work with two excellent teachers in the ESOL Department at Lawrence High School.
