Topics will include: Making healthy eating choices, nutrition, food preparation that is easy, budget friendly, nutritious, tasty and fun!

Topics included: Child development and child care.

Topics included: Introduction to housing types and home management (keeping up with chores), cleaning, taking pride in your home.

Topics include: What fabrics are made from, learning the tools needed for sewing, sewing machine parts and operation, application of skills by sewing a product. (If we are unable to be on site this may be different)

Topics included: Knowing yourself, goals, building self-esteem, communication and getting along with others, caring for your health.
